Exchange Policy
On regular priced shirts, we do offer exchanges so long as they are made within 14 days of your order. You can exchange your unworn, unwashed shirt. Please contact goosemonkeytees@gmail.com to make your exchange.

We do not accept returns.

We do not offer refunds.

Changes to orders:
If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact at goosemonkeytees@gmail.com within 24 hours of your original order. After 24 hours we cannot change your order.

Shipping:

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, as delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.

Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address. 


DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship a couple of times a week via USPS and offer tracking on all domestic orders. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 days once shipped. Please note that if you select 'priority' shipping at checkout that this relates to the shipping time and not the processing time. While we do our best to get our orders out as soon as possible, we quote a 3-5 day processing time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We also ship internationally, to everywhere in the world. Shipping cost, however, is for postage alone. Packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in country. Please note that most international packages will be sent via First Class International Mail which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, packages should arrive in 3-5 weeks. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately goosemonkey Tees has no control over this.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages.

Unfortunately we currently do not have a storefront and are unable to allow for local pickup. Our apologies.
